POC Activities
1. Understand Application
Analyze architecture, technology stack, communication mechanism, and complexity.
2. Tool & Protocol Assessment
Identify the suitable tool (e.g., LoadRunner) and compatible protocol(s) (single/multiple).
3. Record & Execute Simple Scenarios
Record simple business scenarios and execute with minimal users.
4. Report Results
Capture and report response times and observations to the client.
5. Recommendations
Recommend tool, protocol bundle, and estimate the effort (labor hours).
